UNI affiliates may wish to contact the World Bank to obtain information about its projects and policies in their countries. The following contact information is provided to assist such efforts:

A Board of Governors made up of one representative from each member-country, usually the minister of finance or a similar official, sets overall policy for the World Bank, though voting is weighted by capital contributions to the Bank. The day to day operations of the Bank are managed by a 24-member Board of Executive Directors. Each Executive Director represents a country or group of countries in the decision-making of the Bank. The policy of the World Bank is to maintain a contact person in each of its local offices to handle dialogue with representatives of civil society, including officials of non-government organizations and trade unions.
