At the recent UNI
Telecom World Committee Meeting, UNI Telecom affiliates pledged their
support for an international week of organising action for workers in
mobile phone companies.
UNI has therefore arranged this
week to be a global organising week.
Many of UNI's Telecom affiliates will be arranging some kind of organising
activities and we will use this week to show international solidarity with
the organising effort that UNI unions are putting into the mobile phone
industry.
