1st UNI Americas Regional Conference Towards Strong Unionism Without Borders The first UNI-Americas Regional Conference will take place from Wednesday 21st to Friday 23rd of August 2002 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In addition to statutory items, sessions of the Conference will be organised around the key themes of Globalisation and Multinationals in the Americas, Democracy and Social Dialogue, Union Rights and Trade Union Organising.
