 In the summer of
1998, together with Jan Furstenborg and Alex Rüdig, the Greek colleagues arrived by car
from Belgrade. Their first sight of the damaged city was during a short stops at the
hills above the town centre, where one of the artillery positions had been. |
 Philip
Jennings, FIET's general secretary, visited Bosnia and Herzegovina in the summer of 1998.

 The Norwegian
press showed much interest in the visit of Bosnian trade union leaders in the summer of
1998. During this FIET-arranged visit, the president of the trade union condfederation of
BiH Suleiman Hrle held talks with his Norwegian colleague Yngve Hċgensen. This led, among
other things, to the start of the Dom Sindikata renovation in Sarajevo. Here, Hrle and
