Casino - Exito consolidate in Colombia, expand operations into Venezuela Colombia's largest retailer Exito has announced that it will continue developing its presence in Venezuela. The first store was opened in Caracas in May and will be followed by investments in four other towns, Maracaibo, Valencia, Puerto La Cruz and Barquisimeto. Exito, which is 26 per cent owned by French retail multinational Casino, has also merged with its Colombian subsidiary Cadenalco. This is the second largest retailer in the country. The combined annual sales of Exito and Cadenalco reach 200 million USD.
