Wal-Mart sued once again,
for forcing work on unpaid overtime
Wal-Mart has once again been sued by former employees, who say they were forced to work overtime without pay. Two workers in the State of Washington were "locked into the store overnight and not let out of the store until until well after their shift had ended", their lawyers say. They were also pressed to skip lunch breaks. These are apparently not isolated cases and there may well be a larger number of workers in the region who join the case. |
