Promoting and protecting workers' rights
in multinational companies is one of the main priorities of Uni Commerce.
In many leading wholesale and retail companies, European Works Councils
are now establishing their work programmes. Organising activities are
increasing and Uni Commerce is actively supporting its affiliates to
gain recognition and to solve problems with local management. As
